Lawyer

I have been in practice of law throughout my entire work life, starting from 2005 and practising law for the first five years as trainee solicitor, and since 2010 as an attorney at law myself. During my professional career, I have acquired considerable and valuable experience in various practice areas of law, providing legal assistance to domestic and international clients, physical and legal persons, associations, various organizations, multinational corporations, representing them in court and other competent authorities, as well as providing many other kinds of legal services, resulting in continuous development of successful collaboration with client and colleagues in Croatia and globally.

Although I have had the opportunity to practise law in many other areas during my rich professional career, I am primarily focused on practising land law, property and real estate law, commercial law, contract law, labour law, hereditary law, debt collection in amicable and court settlement procedures; providing legal assistance to joint ventures; cluster incorporation, due diligence reports, concessions, taxes, economic criminal and minor offence law. In addition to providing legal counsel and drafting of contracts, decisions and other documents, I have extensive experience in finding legal solutions for various problems of clients in trade, hotel, tourism, hospitality, construction, fisheries, maritime import, export, domestic and foreign goods and services distribution sectors, as well as in providing legal assistance in establishment and continuation of multinational business collaboration of clients and assistance in foreign debt collection.

I invest considerable efforts and time in good and regular communication with clients because I consider it a necessary foundation for successful solution of legal problems of the clients and establishment of a quality-like client-lawyer relationship of trust. The Office provides lawyer services in a professional and competent way, fully complying with legal ethical rules of conduct and respecting personal ethics and integrity of each and every individual. I always try to find and offer the best, yet the most practical solution for clients, facing all daily professional challenges willingly and quickly at the same time.

I am aware that top quality modern business, regardless of the profession, requires continuous learning and informing about the subject matter that is related not only to our profession, but to other areas that we might not be acquainted sufficiently with, but their implementation is required so that in doing our work we can comply with the needs of our clients; therefore I believe that because of my desire for continuous learning, meeting new people and expanding knowledge, not only in regard to national law, but to laws of distant countries, foreign languages, modern technologies, various business issues, I have found such permanent pleasure in practising law.

I was born (in 1979), brought up, educated, employed and reside in Split.

I enrolled at the Faculty of Law, University of Split, in 1998, and graduated in 2004.

I got employed first in 2005, as solicitor trainee at Law Office in Split. During my internship there, I passed my bar exam in 2007, and became an attorney at law myself, after which, in 2010, I incorporated my own Law Office with headquarters in Split, in which I have been employed until this day.
