Who we are
Law Office Helena Dlaka was established in 2010 in Split, Croatia. The Office provides legal services to domestic and international clients in a professional, competent, quality and responsible way, fully complying with legal ethical rules of conduct and lawyer-client relationship of trust, while at the same time paying full attention to quality communication with the clients and taking into account their situational awareness and best protection of their rights and interests.
What we do
Providing legal assistance and services during a number of years and representing domestic and international physical and legal persons, we have acquired considerable experience and knowledge in various law areas, particularly civil law (land law, real estate and property law, law of obligations, etc.), commercial and corporate law, labour law, hereditary and family law, court and out-of-court settlement, concessions, joint ventures. Besides having physical persons as clients, we have established and developed successful collaboration with multinational companies, domestic and international organizations and associations, companies, institutions, economic interest groupings and many more.
How we do it
